"Ken Anderson and LupeCantu were both extremly informative and helpful. We went there seeking info and pricing for auto and home as our previous provider, a large national company, was increasing their rates 20% for the second year in a row. Being endorsed by a large senior organization promising great rates all communication had to be online and by phone. Imagine our surprise with in person agents ,looking over what we had and what we should have, when it was discovered our condo policy was not set up to properly cover the rebuilding of the interior of our home in the event of a disaster only replacing our contents / possesions.This allowed for potential financial ruin.we now have the coverage we need to be secure and a pair of agents we can talk to and depend on, not to mention a much better rate for, more and corret coverage."
