He checked out policy to confirm we had towing and gave us a referral. We reached out to his referral and they were prompt and professional helping us get the car towed. Little things like this go a long way when you're in a bind. It's not always about the insurance "quote" you're getting, but who is going to have your back when you really need it. I could go on and on about a previous flood we had and how helpful Ken's team was in getting it resolved for us. The following day after I drove it home and stopped at the grocery store the truck would not go into drive. The towing company busted the bushing on my shifter cable.
